This BETA is a fast and easy to use "arrow key" DOS Hypertext Program complete with US Constitution files (cons.zip, 221K). It is not finished, but most features are functional: word search, some glossary, clip file, and print outs.

The program may be valuable to those without internet access: immigrants, students, teachers, elected officials, judges, lawyers and other legal professionals who desire to study the Constitution. The program will run fine on XTs too.
