ABOUT THE CULTURAL KNOWLEDGE NEWSLETTER

Cultural Knowledge wants to extend a warm welcome to all whose sincere interest in cultural diversity, led to us crossing "cultural paths."
But before we go any further, we want to let you know more about our philosophy in deciding to
publish The Cultural Knowledge Newsletter

First of all, we believe that it will serve a very practical purpose; People interested in learning
about our culturally diverse ethnic groups have free access to our Home Page under Diversified Business Strategies, Inc. The CKN will focus on issues related to cultural heritage (history, traditions,
language and customs) with articles describing a particular celebration or event, honoring
multicultural populations in the United States.

Our main purpose with this vehicle stems from our desire to teach people about the value of
learning about other cultures. Indeed with more and more emphasis on cultural diversity and its
practical applications in the workplace, this newsletter can help enlighten millions of people who
access the Internet on a daily basis. If we understand the uniqueness of our cultural heritage and
bring this understanding to the work place, it will lead to a greater awareness of the vital role that
cultural diversity has, in contributing to our nation's growth and economic development overall.

We seek to promote the richness of our cultural heritage on a national and international scale
because we consider it advantageous to business, as we become more aware of others. For
example, someone suddenly has an interest in learning about the significance of the Chinese
New Year or Las Posadas. Our Cultural Knowledge Newsletter will have that kind of information
available, free to anyone who accesses our Web site.

The newsletter, published on a quarterly basis, will not cost subscribers anything initially. But
as the service grows along with demand, Diversified Business Strategies, Inc. plans to charge a nominal fee for advertising in the
newsletter. We feel excited about offering this service to the world, literally, and expect a whirlwind
of activity ahead as we prepare to enter the 21st Century.

Aside from regular articles we plan to include a cultural events calendar in the CKN, a special
feature we hope will inspire you to learn more about people from other cultures. We sincerely
want to help people reach out, touch others and become more involved in the process of learning
and discovery so that we can accommodate each other's differences comfortably. Finding a
common ground will allow us to work together, socialize together and support each other a lot
easier.

So, let us enlighten you with knowledge that knows no boundaries. Together we can learn to
"appreciate the color of the rainbow" and "sing the song of tolerance and acceptance, not just
today, but tomorrow." With our help you can travel anywhere you want while learning and enjoying
countless "cultural adventures' on the Internet.

We will appreciate you telling your friends near and faraway about our Cultural Knowledge
Newsletter. Maybe they would even consider contributing with an article or suggest ideas for
future issues. Welcome and Enjoy! The World lies within your reach! Call us and let us know
what you think about our newsletter at (520) 620-0900.
