The Partnership Way Center

Promoting partnership activities based on "power with,"
respect, and equalitarianism in all aspects of life.

The Partnership Way Center is a nonprofit organization established in 1991 to advance the shared values of the Partnership concepts introduced in Riane Eisler's pioneering work, The Chalice and The Blade: Our History, Our Future. The Center is affiliated with the Center for Partnership Studies and International Partnership Network.

The goal of The Partnership Way Center is to enable Partnership to prevail as the organizing principle of society by building models of creative cooperation...

  • between individuals
  • within families
  • in businesses
  • among cultures and nations
  • with all of nature

Using models of ancient civilizations and research of today, we seek to inspire and support the integration of the Partnership Model into the family and the economic, spiritual, political, and ecological life of the planet.

The Partnership Way Center is committed to new ways of thinking, feeling and acting based on the principles of
• power with instead of power over
• linking rather than ranking
• using technology for creativity and peace rather than war and violence
• equalitarianism
• respect for the planet
