Thank you for presenting the Personnel Profile Seminar at Snell & Wilmer on June 17, 1999. We were very impressed with your analysis of the handwriting samples submitted by our employees. Your conclusions about each participant were quite accurate, even though you had no prior knowledge of their personalities and characteristics. We learned that our employees share many common attributes which helps them work together in our legal environment. We highly recommend this seminar. It has provided our employees with an intuitive awareness of those they work with on a day-to-day basis. Very truly yours, February 2, 1999 I am a partner in the law firm of Whitehill, Linden, Grynkewich & Halladay. In that capacity I - along with my partner Marshall Fealk - had the opportunity to retain the services of Ms. Harralson. Specifically, we retained the services of Ms. Harralson to examine a questined signature. This issue was of some importance to the underlying litigation inasmuch as it involved issues of both fraud and an attempt by the Defendant to make herself the beneficiary of an annuity in the approximate sum of $275,000.00. We worked extensively with Ms. Harralson in all facets of the issues pertaining to the questioned document. Ms. Harralson prepared an excellent report, which of course was disclosed to defense counsel, and was filed as an exhibit with the court. I was present while defense counsel examined Ms. Harralson. She performed in an excellent and highly commendable manner. I was involved in the preparation of Ms. Harralson for her trial testimony in Pima County Superior Court in the case in question. Not only was she extremely well prepared to testify, but she prepared certain trial exhibits which were very impressive not only to the undersigned, but to the trial judge. Ms. Harralson's testimony was impeccable. Further, and despite the fact that the defense attorney was a seasoned litigator, I believe that he did no harm to the testimony Ms. Harralson gave to support our client's position. Ms. Harralson's unequivocal opinion was that the signature in questiono was a forgery. As you can see from the enclosed court opinion in this matter, at page 3-4, Judge McDonald of the Pima County Superior Court agreed with Ms. Harralson. Again, this issue was of momentous significance of our case because it helped us to establish a bona fide fraud claim, the significance of which is that judgment grounded in fraud cannot be discharged in a bankruptcy proceeding. To close out, I would highly recommend Ms. Harralson. If you have any questions, please call me. Sincerely, WHITEHILL, LINDEN, GRYNKEWICH & HALLADAY, P.C. February 3, 1999 I would like to recommend Ms. Heidi H. Harralson of Spectrum Consultants as a very knowledgeable and client oriented professional in her field of handwriting analysis and verification. She was very prompt to given an initial examination of the documents that I requested of her and followed up with a very thorough examination in a more precise manner. Her testimony in each case that I used her expertise for was very definitive and convincing. Her years of experience have made her a positive, credible and unimpeachable witness.
Very truly yours, Cliffton E. Bloom I have had the pleasant and professional opportunity to work with Heidi Harralson of Spectrum Consultants for quite some time.

She has provided us with valuable input on job applicants seeking employment with our company. See CNN article on Hiring February 3, 1999 It is my pleasure to recommend Heidi Harralson for employment with your company. Heidi worked on a sensitive question document case involving an internal investigation at my request in February 1997. The result of her work was tremendous. It saved a lot of man hours that otherwise would have been spent in lengthy interviews with all parties denying involvement. Once we read Ms. Harralson's findings and then brought in the parties involved in the investigation and confronted them with the information we had the case was immediately resolved. Heidi's work is thorough, well formatted, concise and timely. Again it is my pleasure to recommend Heidi for employment with your company; she would be a valuable asset. If you have any questions, please call me at (520) 622-0655. Sincerely, SOUTH TUCSON POLICE DEPARTMENT
